As temperatures continue to rise, summer health preservation has been put on the agenda. Eating cold food and drinking cold drinks frequently in summer can easily damage the spleen and stomach. Black tea, on the other hand, is the first choice for nourishing the stomach in summer. It can not only invigorate and relieve fatigue, promote diuresis and clear heat, lower blood sugar and cholesterol, but also nourish the stomach and intestines. More suitable for office workers under high pressure to drink.

Recently, Ma Lian Dao Lin Hongmao Tea City held a health lecture on black tea. According to experts, the important substance tea polyphenols contained in tea have astringency and have a certain stimulating effect on the stomach. Black tea is fermented and baked, and the content of tea polyphenols is greatly reduced under the action of oxidase. At the same time, the oxidation products of tea polyphenols can also promote digestion. Compared to industrialized bagged black tea, Chinese black tea maintains the integrity of leaf buds and has higher nutritional value. Experts remind that black tea is not suitable for cooling and drinking, otherwise it will affect the warming effect on the stomach. Prolonged storage time will also reduce its nutritional content, especially do not replace tea with tea drinks.

The brewing and drinking methods of black tea are relatively simple. Taking Fujian Tanyang Kung Fu black tea, a designated red tea variety for the Shanghai World Expo, as an example, one can choose to brew it in a glass cup or a covered bowl. The brewing time of tea leaves varies greatly. If the leaves are tender, it is not advisable to soak for a long time. It is important to fast in and out: put the tea leaves into the inner pot of the cup, then pour hot water at around 80 ℃ into the cup. After brewing, quickly pour the tea soup into the teacup and drink it. The strength of tea soup is mainly adjusted by the amount of tea leaves and water added, usually 3-5 grams of tea leaves are sufficient, and the ratio of tea to water is 1:50.
